Sarah T. Doig

Sarah has a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Mary Washington University. She launched her professional career in the Denver area in 1986, where she worked in several healthcare settings before opening the Hand to Hand Therapy practice in 2004. For more than 12 years she taught upper extremity orthopedics for the University of Colorado Health Science Physical Therapy department. Sarah loves the challenge of problem-solving upper extremity conditions and is very passionate about the practice of hand therapy. She integrates her interest in Yoga and Pilates into her treatment approach to facilitate improved body awareness for upper extremity and hand function. In her free time, you will find her family on the ski slopes of Colorado or the gulf beaches of Alabama.

Sara Cote

Sara graduated from Salus University (now Drexel University) with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and has a Bachelor of Science from Temple University, both in Philadelphia. She had a clinical rotation in hand therapy and went on to specialize in hand and upper extremity therapy by joining Hand to Hand Therapy Clinic in 2021. She loves the intricacy of the hand, the challenges of splinting, and problem-solving complex upper extremity injuries. Sara likes getting to know her clients and watching them become more aware of their body mechanics, learning how to modify activities, improve their strength, and become more pain-free! Outside of work, she enjoys spending lots of time in the outdoors with her husband and dog, Roux, including skiing, camping, backpacking, hiking, and paddle boarding.

Claire Cote

Claire received her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Jacksonville University in 2021. While at Jacksonville University, Claire volunteered with Brooks Adaptive Sports Program, where people with any disability could participate in various adaptive sports. While volunteering, she developed a passion for modifying sports and daily activities through splinting, prosthetics, and adaptive equipment to enable everyone to live their lives to the fullest. Claire chose the field of hand therapy so she could pursue her passion of helping people utilize their arms and hands to participate in their interests. Claire grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and moved to Colorado to complete her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University. She enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, painting, cooking, paddle boarding, and swimming.
